If you already have the A-36-102 keying kit you can order this upgrade package to make your existing kit the same as the new A-36-103 kit.

Here is what you will get:
1 pack each of new tumblers P-36-141, P-36-142, P-36-143, P-36-144, P-36-145 for locks using KK12 keys.

New layout card to replace the one in the top of the box of your existing A-36-102 kit
Put the new tumblers in the spaces of your A-36-102 box according to the new layout card and your existing kit will be upgraded to be the same as the new A-36-103 kit.
