OBDSTAR – FCA 12+8 Cable

All FCA vehicles after 2018 are equipped with SGW security gateway module to prevent attacks on the vehicle network through the CAN bus.

Directly plug in the OBD II-16 connector cannot communicate with them. For this problem, you can connect to the 12PIN and 8PIN connections on the car through the FCA 12 + 8 cable to help normal communication with the car.
