Receive free EXPRESS* shipping within Canada and the U.S. for purchases of over $250, excluding taxes.

*Excludes heavy and oversized orders, those will be shipped via standard ground shipping.

Under normal circumstances, EXPRESS Shipments will arrive next business day.

We may use the following carriers; UPS, Purolator and Canada Post.

Please be aware that weather can delay your packages, even when you are not experiencing weather problems in your specific geographical location. Also, please plan ahead for delays during various holidays.

Order Cut-Off Times

Orders placed Monday to Friday before our shipping cut-off time of 2:30pm EST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after cut-off time, weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

What is it?	Order online and pick up in store. Once you’re ready to purchase, select Pick up at Checkout.	Order online and have products delivered to you via EXPRESS SHIPPING*.
How long does it take?	Your order will be ready for pick up within 30 minutes! (We will email you when it’s ready).	EXPRESS* Shipments usually arrive next business day. For ground shipments allow 7 business days.
How much is it?	Free!	Free shipping on orders over $250. $25 for orders under $250.

*Excludes heavy and oversized orders, those will be shipped via standard ground shipping. 

Backorders

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and will ship backordered items as they become available.

Tracking Orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, we’ll send you an email with the tracking number.

Signature Required

We require all packages to be sent Signature Required.

Are there any shipping restrictions?

Deliveries to rural/remote areas and the Territories might require additional shipping charges. Deliveries can only be made to locations with a street address or rural route number with postal code.

Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to hold off shipping any orders that look fraudulent until we have a confirmation from a bank issuing a card.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items delivered in accordance with our shipping and delivery practices listed above. We are willing to work with a carrier to resolve any issues regarding your delivery.

Taxes

Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax (where applicable) and shipping charges will be calculated on the total value of merchandise, and will be displayed on the Order Summary page.

International Shipping

For international shipping, please note that you may be responsible for paying any possible customs and import duties at the time of delivery, however you should only worry about those fees if you order several hundred dollars worth of goods shipped outside the Canada. We are unable to determine these fees during the checkout process. You can contact your local Customs office for details.
