If an item hasn’t met your expectations, you can send it back in its original package and unused condition for a store credit within 30 days of purchase. NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.

Returns must be approved before the item can be returned, please contact us at 1-866-653-6117 to speak with our customer service specialist.

Please note:

  • Brand New OEM cannot be returned unless noted otherwise.
  • Special orders or a custom orders cannot be returned unless noted otherwise.
  • Machines / Electronic Devices must be approved by KeyDirect tech support.
  • Any product that has been used cannot be returned unless noted otherwise.
  • If a returned item is found to be in a condition that can not be restocked, the customer can then choose to have the item returned back to them. If so, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges for the return. No refund will be issued.
  • All sales are final.

Missing items

To ensure your satisfaction all orders have been counted and verified by 2 KeyDirect Warehouse personnel. Please confirm items and quantities, if there are any discrepancies, please address them within 24 hours of delivery.


If the item is in a new condition and in its original package, you may exchange it for something equivalent to. Shipping and handling charges may apply.

Shipping charges for all replacement must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment.

Restocking fee

All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your credit.
We also do not refund the original shipping and handling from the original order.

Returning by mail

Returned items must be sent via insured, prepaid shipping. Make sure your shipping method has some sort of tracking of your package. Make sure you include information about who you are, your order number, and details of the return/exchange in the package.

  • The advertised product or its price is not part of a “special offer” such as a bonus or free offer, private sale, trade-in sale, special order, “limited quantity”, “daily deal”, “door crashers”, “one of a kind”, gift with purchase, liquidation or similar offer, after rebate price, coupon, store credit, gift card or similar credit, or items sold in “as-is” condition including refurbished merchandise, floor models, open stock and scratch-and-dent items.
